Shipping policy
Shipping is done typically in 14 working days as for local deliveries about 7 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item or collection worth over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
During peak holiday seasons/period or public holidays, there will be inevitable delays to your deliveries. Our delivery partners will make every effort to contact you before delivery.
There are no fixed time-slots for delivery, but we will do our best to accommodate to your requests, if you leave them under 'special instructions' or contact us after your purchase. All timings are subjected to the discretion & availability of the logistics provider's load at any given time.
